Access Bank is looking to hire graduates for various divisions and has set specific requirements. They are seeking individuals with a passion for the banking sector and are eager to attract top talent as they compete for market share.

Job Vacancies:

Access Bank is offering job opportunities in several divisions, including Retail Sales, Products, and Retail Operations; ERG (Enterprise Resource Group); CIBD (Corporate and Investment Banking Division); and CBD (Commercial Banking Division). They are actively looking to bring fresh graduates into these areas.

Access Bank is searching for candidates who are driven, confident, and enthusiastic about pursuing a career in the banking sector. Training and Eligibility:

Selected candidates will undergo an intensive training program at the School of Banking Excellence, where they will have the opportunity to train alongside other highly qualified candidates. Access Bank provides equal opportunities to all eligible applicants.

Requirements:

  • Applicants should be younger than 26 years old as of the application date.
  • Candidates with higher qualifications like MSc, ICAN, and LLB should not be older than 28 years as of the application date.
  • A minimum of a 2nd Class Upper (2:1) degree is required, and candidates must have completed the NYSC (National Youth Service Corps) program.
