A federal high court judgement that disqualified the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate, David Lyon in the Bayelsa governorship election scheduled for November sixteen has been suspended by the Court of appeal.
Recall LIB reported that on Wednesday November thirteen, Justice Inyang Ekwo invalidated Lyon’s nomination because the APC’s Govenorship candidate and conjointly stopped the party from fielding any other governorship or deputy place candidate for the poll. On weekday November fourteen, a federal tribunal in Yenagoa annulled the first election that made city as APC’s place candidate. INEC was conjointly ordered to not recognise any APC aspirant UN agency partook within the primary.
