- Completion of the Boma Consult Entrepreneurial Certification Program (BCECP) with a valid certificate.
- Possession of a small business and a well-defined business plan.
- Business or company existence for over a year with a tangible impact on the community.
- School Teams consisting of 3 – 5 members, all from the same university, with an option for one member from a different university.
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years for all participants.
