- Build and maintain relationships with the entire customer base assigned; by ensuring constant engagement with customers during purchase,verifying payment, documentation process, acquisition of property and after sales services.
- Communicating accurate and detailed information on company’s service to prospect and follow up on converting to paying customer
- Reach out to new and old customers, informing them of ongoing benefit and promo to boost company’s sales
- Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and high service quality standards, constantly handling every customer base on company’s policies
- Attending to all complaint and proffers lasting solution such that clients are satisfy with company’s services
- Report customers unresolved complaint to be taking up and addressed by senior management and follow up on quick response so as to promote company’s image
Requirements
- HND / BSc in Mass Communication or any related field
- Excellent Communication
- 0-2 years of experience in Real Estate Industry is added advantage
