  • Candidates must have chosen FUTO as their preferred choice of institution during the UTME registration process.
  • Minimum credit passes in WAEC or NECO (O’Level) examinations, including English Language and Mathematics, as well as three other subjects relevant to the chosen course of study.

Admission Requirements for Direct Entry Candidates:

  • Candidates should possess HSC/GCE ‘A’ level passes in any three of the following subjects: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Economics, obtained in not more than two sittings. Credit passes must align with the basic minimum requirements at the O’Level.
  • OND holders with an Upper Credit in relevant areas are eligible for admission into the second year, provided they fulfill the O’Level requirements mentioned above.
  • HND holders with an Upper Credit in the relevant field can be admitted into the third year, alongside meeting the O’Level requirements.

Minimum JAMB Cut-Off Mark for Admission at FUTO:

To be considered for admission, candidates must meet the JAMB cut-off mark specified by FUTO. A minimum score of 180 and above in the JAMB examination is required.

By familiarizing yourself with the admission requirements outlined above, you will have a better understanding of what is expected of you as an applicant to FUTO. Ensure you meet the criteria and score the minimum required JAMB mark to enhance your chances of admission.
