How To Create JAMB Profile Code For UTME/Direct Entry Registration

 

This post serves as a notification to applicants interested in applying for JAMB UTME and Direct Entry 2023. The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has introduced a new code to simplify the registration process, allowing applicants to generate and receive their 10-digit profile code on their mobile phones. The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board informs candidates that they can now obtain their profile code by dialing a unique JAMB USSD code on their mobile phones. The process of obtaining your profile code has been simplified. Simply send 550191*NIN# to receive your JAMB profile code. How to Create a JAMB Profile Code

Follow these simple steps to generate your JAMB profile code online:

  1. Visit the JAMB website.
  2. Click on “Register for UTME/DE.”
  3. Click on “Create Account.”
  4. Select the blue button to create a JAMB profile account.
  5. Enter your email address and details.
  6. Fill in the form with your correct email address, phone number, and security answer.
  7. Click the OK button.
  8. On the email confirmation page, select OK.
  9. Open your email mailbox and click on the JAMB message.
  10. In the JAMB message, click on the provided link.
  11. Select “Click here to continue creating your profile account.”
  12. Enter your personal information, including your name, gender, and date of birth.
  13. Enter your phone number, nationality, and country of origin.
  14. Set a password that you will remember and click Register.
  15. Your account has been successfully created.
  16. Log in to your account using your email address and password.
  17. You will now have access to your JAMB profile.

Note: The JAMB profile code required for registration at the CBT Centre can be found in the first email sent by JAMB.

If you have a smartphone with internet access, you can also create your JAMB profile code by following these steps:

  1. Visit the JAMB website online.
  2. Click on “Register for UTME/DE.”
  3. Click on “Create Account.”
  4. Select “Create JAMB profile account.”
  5. Enter your email address and details.
  6. Fill in the form with your valid email address, phone number, and security answer.
  7. Click OK.
  8. On the email confirmation page, select OK.
  9. Go to your email mailbox and click on the JAMB message.
  10. In the JAMB message, click on the provided link.
  11. Select “Click here to continue creating your profile account.”
  12. Enter your personal information, including your name, gender, and date of birth.
  13. Enter your phone number, nationality, and country of origin.
  14. Set a password. Make sure to write it down in a secure place.
  15. Click Register.
  16. Your account has been successfully created.
  17. Log in to your account using your email address and password.
  18. You will now have access to your JAMB profile.
