However, after al parties resolved the matter, they neither refunded his money nor handed the house to him rather he kept hearing funny stories.
Basketmouth who felt he has been silent for too long decided to speak up after 14 years of being played around by the establishment he paid the money to.
He asked Nigerians whether he has been patient enough and if it would be appropriate for him to call out the company and its owner.
The actor wrote; ”Do you guys think I’ve been patient enough?
I put a N32million down payment for a house in Prime Water View estate 14yrs ago.
They had some issues with the bank funding the project that landed both parties in court. After the matter was resolved I started hearing all sorts of stories concerning the delivery of the house and the refund.
14yrs later I’m yet to get my refund, house or even BQ sef. If I call this man/company out now do you think I waited long enough?”
