Igbajo Polytechnic HND Admission Form For The 2023/2024 Academic Session

DESOPADEC set to Commence N50,000 Bursary Payment

Only eligible and qualified applicants can access this form. The application form costs N9,500 (Nine Thousand, Five Hundred Naira Only). The Igbajo Polytechnic, HND application form remains largely unchanged from previous academic sessions, with only a few minor updates.

Before delving into the specifics of the Igbajo Poly HND application form for the 2023/2024 academic year, let’s address some common questions that prospective students, both past and present, have regarding the form.

Igbajo Polytechnic is pleased to announce that graduates with Higher National Diplomas (HNDs) have been approved for mobilization by the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), and the university has commenced the sale of admission forms for the 2023/2024 academic year.

Igbajo Polytechnic HND Programs:

Qualified candidates can apply for the following HND programs at Igbajo Polytechnic for the 2023/2024 academic year:

  • Business Administration & Management
  • Accountancy
  • Statistics
  • Computer Science
  • Microbiology
  • Physics Electronics

Applicants must possess an ND Certificate from Igbajo Polytechnic or any other government-recognized polytechnic with at least a Lower Credit grade. Additionally, proof of one year of industrial training is required. Candidates with a Pass grade may be considered after completing two years of industrial training.

Admission Requirements:

  • Similar to ND courses
  • ND Certificate from Igbajo Polytechnic or another government-recognized polytechnic with at least a Lower Credit grade.
  • Proof of one year of industrial training
  • Before filling out the application form, applicants are urged to carefully review the admission requirements for their chosen program of study.
  • Candidates should ensure that they provide accurate information and fill out the form themselves, paying attention to the order of their names, examination grades, examination number, examination year, and the exact date of their Industrial Training (I.T.) (12 months from the date of their ND certification for candidates with a Lower Credit grade and 24 months for candidates with a Pass grade).
  • Admission will only be granted for courses that are duly accredited by the NBTE.
  • Candidates should secure their scratch cards as any loss will require the purchase of a new one.
  • Applicants are advised to use a valid and functional email account when submitting their online application.
  • The qualifying examination date will be announced soon.
  • The institution will not be responsible for any inaccurate information provided during the application process.

How to Apply for Igbajo Polytechnic HND Form 2023/2024:

The application form costs N9,500. To complete the application process, applicants must fill out the form accurately, have a functional email account, and attach all required documents, including a birth certificate, an IT letter, a letter of sponsorship from parents, a WAEC or NECO result, and an ND result.

To Apply for Our 2023/2024 Admission:

  • Carefully fill out the form using a functional email address.
  • Click “Start Application – Create Account” to create an account if you haven’t already.
  • Click “Continue Application – Login Here” to proceed with the application process if you have already created an account.

Uploading of Credentials:

To ensure that the application is considered complete, the following credentials must be uploaded:

  • Birth Certificate
  • WAEC or NECO Result (if available)
  • ND Result & IT Letter for HND Applicants
  • Letter of Sponsorship by Parents

Please note that each document must not exceed 100 kilobytes in size and should be in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format. During the screening process, the original copies of the uploaded documents must be presented. Don’t forget to bring them!

Your application data will be kept private and confidential on a secure server.

Submission of Forms:

Printed and completed forms must be submitted during the scheduled screening process, the date of which will be announced later. The following documents should be submitted along with the filled-out form:

  • Photocopies of credentials (3 copies each)
  • Photocopies of birth certificate and/or Sworn affidavit (3 copies each)
  • 4 Passport Photographs
  • Photocopy of the original receipt

According to the management’s announcement, the HND forms must be submitted within four weeks of the release date. Forms submitted after this date will not be processed.
