Why Some Beneficiaries Have Not Received October Npower Stipend

GoldenNewsNg reports that some Npower batch C beneficiaries are yet to receive their October Stipend because NASIMS has paused the payment process.

According to Nasims, in other to ensure Beneficiaries are paid at once, they adopted the Bulk payment approach which was PARTIALLY SUCCESSFUL resulting to some accounts getting credited and some not, due to network instability.

As a result, October payment were paused to get the challenge sorted out. Payment for the said month to all concern shall RECOMMENCE at shortest possible time. Please bear with us. For transparency purpose, we will keep updating you. Thank you! Nasims said.

Nasims had earlier stated that the Hon. Minister has approved the payment of November and December 2021 stipends, it’s currently being processed and shall commence upon conclusion.

 

Possibility Of  Npower Non-graduate To Be Captured In Stream 2

We have been receiving questions lately if Non-graduate will be captured in Stream 2, looking from the latest report stating that 400,000 new Applicants will be enlisted into the Npower batch C stream 2 this year 2022, there is every possibility that new non-graduate applicants may be selected.

Nonetheless, the public holiday break ends on Monday 3rd January 2022 and all other activities resumed on the 4th January 2022. As such, we believed that the Npower batch C 1 beneficiaries have resumed duty in order to continue acquiring skills and work experience. If not then we advise that you get ready.

NASIMS Pause Payment Of October Stipend Of Graduate Beneficiaries

If you are among the Npower Batch C stream 1 beneficiaries who are still yet to receive their October stipend should note that the National Social Investment Management System (NASIMS) has paused the disbursement of the October payment.

NASIMS disclosed this on their Facebook page where they stated that the October payment of October Stipend has been paused to enable them to come up with another method of disbursement that will be more transparent.

According to NASIMS:

“Dear Npower Batch C1 Graduate Beneficiaries,

“PAYMENT OF OCTOBER STIPEND PAUSE!

“In our quest to ensure Beneficiaries are paid at once, we adopted the Bulk payment approach which was PARTIALLY SUCCESSFUL resulting in some accounts getting credited and some not, due to network instability.

“As a result, October payments were paused to get the challenge sorted out. Payment for the said month to all concerned shall RECOMMENCE at the shortest possible time. Please bear with us.

Npower Batch C stream 1 Beneficiaries are advised not to panic and also exercise patience as the issue will be resolved in the shortest possible time and all payments will be made.

NASIMS Sends New Notice On Payment Approval Of November And December Stipends

The National Social Investment Management System (NASIMS) has sent a new notice to inform all Batch C beneficiaries of the payment approval of the November and December 2021 stipend.

NASIMS disclosed that the Minister has approved the payment of November and December 2021 stipends and also stated that the payment of October stipend is still in progress.

According to NASIMS:

“Following the recent removal of November 2021 payment from payroll which was erroneously added, The Hon. Minister has approved the payment of November and December 2021 stipends, it’s currently being processed and shall commence upon conclusion. Meanwhile, payment of the October stipend is still in progress. Be patient, you all will be paid.”

“Thank you!”
