‘AS’ published on Monday that the Lyon forward is awaiting the result of his PCR test to travel to the Spanish capital and complete his transfer.
According to ‘AS’, the 24-year-old striker would arrive on loan with an option to buy (not compulsory) of 35 million euros. It’s just the type of deal that Atlético were looking for to not get themselves boxed in, especially with their delicate financial situation.
The aforementioned media says that Moussa Dembélé is awaiting the result of his PCR test to travel to Madrid. If all is well, the player will go between Monday evening and Tuesday.
Once he arrives in the Spanish capital, Dembélé will be able to finalise the last few details and sit the medical. He arrives with a fractured arm, although he does not have long to recover and will not be a burden in the coming months.
