Reports on Tuesday are saying there would be a postponement to Newcastle United’s Premier League match with Aston Villa on Friday because of a coronavirus outbreak at Newcastle United’s training ground with over 3 players testing positive for the Virus.
This is the first time since the restart of football after the 3 months brake caused by COVID-19 in March that an English Premier League match would be postponed.
Many are hopeful that this wouldn’t lead to a situation where the Virus would cause more postponement that may cause another break on the round leather game.
