Update: Nigeria Customs Service Online Recruitment Test Experiences Delays
GoldenNewsNg reports that the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) online recruitment test for Superintendent Cadre applicants, which began today, Thursday, October 2, 2025, has experienced some rescheduling and technical issues.
New Scheduled Time for Candidates:

Batch B has been rescheduled to 2:00 PM.

Batch C is now scheduled for 5:00 PM.

Some Batch A candidates have completed the test, while others were unable to log in due to technical difficulties.
As of 12:00 PM, the NCS test portal appears to be down, preventing some applicants from accessing the system. Candidates are advised to remain patient and avoid multiple login attempts, as repeated attempts could result in being locked out.
The NCS has reiterated that strict compliance with the assigned batch and time is mandatory. Applicants should continue to log in via their NIN through the official portal 👉 https://updates.customs.gov.ng to confirm any updates to their batch schedule.
Reminder: This test is strictly for Superintendent Cadre applicants. Candidates under the Inspectorate and Assistant Cadres should wait for separate notifications regarding their assessments.
