- NPower Latest News: Nigerian Govt Gives Important Update And Warning On List For Npower Batch C2The federal government of Nigeria has denied a viral report that it has released the list of successful candidates for the NPower Batch C2 of its Npower programme. The administrators of the federal government social empowerment initiative in a statement released on Thursday afternoon warned members of the public against falling for job scammers spreading a fake list.
It said the list of successful candidates for the Npower scheme is still being compiled and will be released to the public at the right time.
The statement reads: “N-Power cluster is calling on the general public to disregard misleading information on the shortlisting/selection of candidates of N-Power Batch C, Stream2, urging applicants to proceed for biometric capture or physical verification.
“N-power Batch-C Stream 2 is currently being shortlisted and successful candidates will be duly communicated to.
“Please be reminded that shortlisting doesn’t guarantee final selection as this is only part of the selection process.
“The public is advised to disregard misleading communications and always confirm from verified channels.”

NPower Latest News: Over 10, 000 residents benefit from NPower – Commissioner
NPower News: The Lagos State Commissioner for Wealth Creation and Employment, Mrs Yetunde Arobieke, has said 10,130 residents of the state have benefitted from the NPower programme. Arobieke, according to a statement on Wednesday, said this during a webinar held to sensitise registered Batch C beneficiaries of the NPower programme under the National Social Investment Programme of the Federal Government. She said, “The programme, which was introduced in 2016 and targeted at young Nigerians between ages 18 and 35, is geared towards engaging and deploying young unemployed youths in various sectors such as education, health and agriculture to serve as auxiliary staff in state institutions across the Local government areas for two years

How To Do NPower Stream 2 Fingerprint Biometric Enrollment
GoldenNewsNg gathered that the list of Npower Batch C stream 2 has been released by Nasims for biometrics fingerprint capturing.
If you are an Npower applicant waiting for stream 2, this is a good news for you. You can check the nasims self service portal to see if you have been shortlisted.
1. Login to your dashboard https://nasims.gov.ng/login and click the “verification” tab
2. Click the “capture your fingerprint” button to download and install the enrolment application
3. After installation, provide the required credentials and click “Proceed”
4. Make sure the fingerprint biometric device is connected, then click on “Begin Enrolment” to launch the enrolment process.
5. Click on the finger to begin the enrolment process
6. Applicants are to enroll their Right thumb, Right index, Left thumb and Left index fingers only for successful enrolment
7. After successful enrollment, click on “Submit” to save the biometric enrollment
8. After successful enrolment, please check the “verification” tab of your self service portal to confirm if the capture was successful.
