Adunni Organics is a growing natural skin care company in Lagos Nigeria. We currently make all of our products (soap, skin care, and hair care products) at our facilities. We currently operate as an ecommerce business, which means that all our sales are made through our website and telephone lines.

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Brief
- The target of this role is to organize and oversee the manufacturing of goods.
- You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output.
Job Responsibilities
Leadership:
Supervise the production team in doing the following:
- Preparation of production and packaging areas for production (using sterile techniques)
- Preparing materials for production
- Packaging/wrapping/labelling finished products
- Post production clean up, including tools and surface/floor cleaning
- Inventory counting and recording
- Organizing and storage of raw. Packaging and finished materials in the appropriate stores
- Correct labelling of products, ingredients, and other materials
- Manage human and material resources to meet production targets
- Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement
- Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.
Operation:
- Receive raw materials and catalogue them properly
- Follow SOPs for different production rounds
- Quality Control inspection for finished goods
- Assignment of batch codes for each production batch based on batch formulation documents
- Organize daily and weekly tasks according to Production Schedule.
- Follow basic data entry procedures on a computer using Microsoft Excel and Word.
Skills and Requirements
- Minimum of National Diploma in a relevant field of study
- Prior experience with precision measuring and comfort with basic mathematical conversions
- Energetic, positive, solution-based thinker to help overcome challenges as we scale our business
- Drive to learn independently, taking initiative to learn about ingredients, safety, tools, and our industry in general and improve work-related skills.
- Preferred Location of Applicants – Lagos – Magodo, Ketu, and environs.
Salary
N70,000 / month.
