PTI Effurun Post UTME Admission Form 2023/2024 For ND And HND
The Petroleum Training Institute (PTI), Effurun, wishes to inform the general public that the admission form for ND, HND, and other Certificate programs is now available. Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the following programs for the 2023/2024 academic session:
Full-time programs in Higher National Diploma (HND) National Diploma (ND) through JAMB Certificate Programs

Higher National Diploma (HND) and National Diploma (ND) levels:
- Petroleum Engineering Technology (ND and HND)
- Welding and Fabrication Engineering Technology (ND and HND)
- Industrial Safety and Environmental Technology (ND and HND)
- HND options: (1) Industrial Safety Technology, (2) Environmental Technology
- Petroleum and Gas Processing Engineering Technology (ND and HND)
- Mechanical Engineering Technology (ND and HND)
- HND options: (1) Manufacturing, (2) Power Plant
- Electrical/Electronic Engineering Technology (ND and HND)
- HND options: (1) Instrumentation and Control, (2) Electronics and Telecommunications, (3) Power and Machines
- Science Laboratory Technology (ND and HND)
- Mineral Resources Engineering Technology (ND only)
- Marketing and Business Studies (ND and HND)
- Computer Science and Information Technology (ND only)
Other Available Programs:
- General Welding Certificate
- Commercial Diving Certificate (classes I and II)
PTI Effurun Entry Requirements:
HND and ND candidates must possess five (5) Ordinary Level Credit passes relevant to the chosen program, including English Language and Mathematics. HND candidates must also possess a relevant National Diploma (ND) in addition to the above requirements.

Cost of PTI Effurun Admission Form 2023/2024:
Candidates applying for HND, General Welding, and Commercial Diving Programs are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand naira (N10,000.00) for each PTI admission form for the 2023/2024 academic session.
How to Apply for PTI Post UTME Admission Form:
Candidates offering HND, General Welding, and Commercial Diving programs should follow the steps below to apply directly to the Petroleum Training Institute (PTI):
Step 1: Visit www.pti.edu.ng.
Step 2: Click on “Apply for Admission.”
Step 3: Fill in the On–line “Sign-on page” and click on “Click Here to Sign Up” at the bottom of the page (Note: Write down the Username and Password for subsequent use).
Step 4: This will take you to the Remittal Retrieval Reference (RRR) page, where you generate the RRR code.
Step 5: Print the RRR code page and take it to any bank for payment. Keep the RRR printout.
Step 6: After payment of N10,000.00 (the cost of each admission form), return to the PTI website at www.pti.edu.ng and click on “Return to my Application.”
Step 7: Enter your User Name and Password and click LOGIN.
Step 8: Fill in the online application form and print out the completed form. Present it at the examination/interview center along with your RRR printout.
Note: If the portal rejects your USER NAME and PASSWORD during login after payment, please email itsupport@pti.edu.ng and provide your RRR code.
National Diploma (ND):
National Diploma candidates who have already applied through JAMB should visit the JAMB Brochure to know the required subjects for their examination, as the subjects vary depending on the program.

- Entrance Examination for General Welding Certificate Program: To be announced. Visit PTI website or the admission office of Petroleum Training Institute, Effurun, Delta State, for updates.
- Higher National Diploma (HND) Interview: To be announced.
- Commercial Diving Certificate Interview: To be held at the Petroleum Training Institute, Effurun, Delta State. The date will be announced.
Notification on Late Application:
Late online sales of HND, General Welding, and Commercial Diving admission forms will cost twelve thousand naira (N12,000.00).
