Russia, France, Ukraine and Belgium were among some of the Europe countries that have re-opened their schools for students.
European children draped in face mask returned to classes for the first time nearly after 6 months due to the coronavirus pandemic, as some European governments are resolved to get pupils back in class despite the recent sudden rise of infections which now stands at over four million across the continent.
“I am convinced that we can and will prevent a second general shutdown,” Peter Altmaier, Germany’s Economy Minister said.
Russia, the most affected in the continent, surprised many with their decision to re-open schools, raising fears that more lockdown and disruption is on the way.
