Job Title: Secretary
Location: Abuja (FCT)
- Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries via mails.
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing, Scanning and photocopying of necessary document.
- Receive all documents and items sent to the office from sub-offices and partners.
- Maintain and ensure office supplies.
- Maintain optimum confidentiality about office files/record.
- Follow up mails and items sent from the company and confirm they are being received by the target receiver.
- Schedule meeting between the management and partners/clients.
- Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 3 years work experience.
- Good knowledge of Computer on MS-words, Excel, power point.
