If elected, Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate for the All Progressives Congress, or APC, has pledged to transform advance fee con artists known as Yahoo boys into technology experts.
Goldennewsng reports that If Tinubu were to be elected president in February, he promised to establish technology hubs for Yahoo boys.
During his campaign rally in Benin, Edo State, he disclosed this.
The APC candidate said that industrial and technology hubs would be built to help young people become development tools, describing himself as a knowledgeable man.
He stated, ” I will convert Yahoo boys into chips for industries, making use of their talents and intelligence. We can overcome homelessness, ignorance, and poverty. We know how to do it and have the brains to do it.
“Believe me. I know how to find a way where there is none. In Lagos, I discovered how to control the Atlantic and turn it into a money-making machine.
“Socially, we can build mountains, conquer Kilimanjaro, and eradicate poverty. The chains of poverty, ignorance, and homelessness will be broken.
