Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, Idi Araba 2023 Admission Form
Lagos University Teaching Hospital, Idi-Araba, is currently accepting applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the following schools:
- School of Health Information Management (SHIM)
- Programs: Ordinary National Diploma (OND) and Higher National Diploma (HND)
- Federal School of Biomedical Engineering (FSBE)
- Programs: Ordinary National Diploma (OND) and Higher National Diploma (HND)
- Community Health Officers Training School (CHOTS)
- School of Anaesthetical Technician
- School of Nursing
- School of Medical and Psychiatry Social Work (SMPSW)
Application Method:
- Visit the Admission Portal at https://luth.gov.ng/schools and select your desired school.
- Complete the account creation form.
- Ensure accurate information is provided, along with a valid email address.
- After successful account creation, you will receive an email containing your login details.
- Instructions on payment will be provided immediately or sent to you via email.
- If you choose to make payment immediately, click on the “MAKE PAYMENT” prompt after account creation.
- You will be redirected to the Remita website, where you can make payment using the Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) code generated during account creation.
- Various payment options are available on the platform.
- Once payment is successfully completed, visit https://luth.gov.ng/profile, log in with your user ID (sent via email), and complete the Application Form for your desired program.
Note: Applicants are required to print their entire online application bio-data, which will be sent to their email upon submission. This document must be presented during the admission examination.
Deadline: Closing Date: Six (6) weeks from the date of release for all schools except the School of Health Information Management. The Federal School of Biomedical Engineering and the School of Nursing (Ordinary National Diploma Courses) are overseen by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).
