Ambrose Alli University Acceptance And School Fees Payment Deadline 2023/2024

 

We would like to inform all candidates who have received provisional admission to Ambrose Alli University (AAU) for the 2023/2024 academic session that the university has officially announced the deadlines for payment of acceptance and school fees. It is highly encouraged that all admitted candidates pay their fees promptly to avoid any penalties. Below are the deadlines for these payments

NELFUND Clarifies Upkeep Loan Disbursement and Application Process

  1. Acceptance of Admission/Payment of Acceptance Fee: Deadline – 27th June 2023.
  2. Online Clearance and Payment of Fees (at least 1st Instalment): Deadline – 11th July 2023.

Please note that failure to meet these deadlines will result in the forfeiture of your admission.

What is an Acceptance Fee?

Once a candidate is admitted to study at Ambrose Alli University, the first step is to accept the admission. This acceptance is confirmed by paying a stipulated amount known as an acceptance fee. The AAU Ekpoma acceptance fee for all courses and departments is N65,000 (Sixty-five thousand Naira only). It is mandatory for every newly admitted student to pay this amount; failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your admission entirely.

How to Pay AAU School Fees

To pay your AAU school fees correctly, please follow the instructions provided below:

  1. Visit the AAU portal using the following link: https://aaue.waeup.org/login.
  2. Log in to your profile using your USERNAME and PASSWORD.
  3. On your profile page, locate and click on “MY DATA.”
  4. Click on the payments button.
  5. Generate a payment ticket by selecting the appropriate payment item, ensuring that you choose “SCHOOL FEE.”
  6. After generating your payment ticket, proceed to the bank assigned to your course to make the payment.

Important Notice: Usernames, IDs, and passwords are case-sensitive. Please ensure accuracy when entering this information.

  • Faculty of Arts – First Bank of Nigeria Plc
  • Faculty of Engineering & Technology – Eco Bank Plc
  • Faculty of Law – Keystone Bank Plc
  • Social Sciences – UBA Plc
  • Faculty of Education and Agriculture – Fidelity Bank Plc
  • Natural Sciences and College of Medicine and Management Sciences – Zenith Bank Plc
  • Environmental Studies – Union Bank Plc

Please make sure to pay your fees at the bank assigned to your specific course. Failure to comply with this instruction may have severe consequences.

How to Pay Ambrose Alli University Acceptance Fee Online

To pay your AAU acceptance fee online, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the AAU portal using your USERNAME and PASSWORD via this link: https://aaue.waeup.org/login.
  2. On your profile page, click on “MY DATA.”
  3. Click on the payments button.
  4. Generate a payment ticket by selecting the appropriate payment item, making sure to choose “ACCEPTANCE FEE.”
  5. After generating your payment ticket, proceed to the bank assigned to your course to make the payment.
