LASU Course Registration Guidelines For The 2023/2024 Academic Session

 

The Lagos State University (LASU) administration has officially announced the registration procedure and deadline for the second semester of the 2023/2024 academic year for all undergraduate students.

Students who have not yet registered for courses are strongly advised by the LASU administration to complete the registration before the specified deadline.

Please find below detailed information regarding the registration process and deadline:

  1. Payment of School Fees:
  • Visit the LASU website at www.lasu.edu.ng.
  • Point your cursor to the “STUDENT” menu and click on “PAYMENT SERVICES.”
  1. Main Registration Form:
  • Visit the LASU website at www.lasu.edu.ng.
  • Point your cursor to the “STUDENT” menu and click on “BIODATA REGISTRATION.”
  1. Online Course Enrollment:
  • Visit the LASU website at www.lasu.edu.ng.
  • Point your cursor to the “STUDENT” menu and click on “COURSE REGISTRATION.”

To check your matriculation number, follow these steps:

  • Visit the LASU website at www.lasu.edu.ng.
  • Select “STUDENT” from the drop-down menu, then choose “CHECK MATRIC NUMBER.”
  • Enter your JAMB UTME registration number in the provided box.
  • Click on “SUBMIT” to view your matriculation number.

Important Notes:

  • It is advisable not to register for classes using a mobile device as certain features might be concealed depending on the phone’s operating system version.
  • All students must print and fill out their main registration and course forms, which should be submitted to the department for HOD approval. Unsigned course forms will not be accepted as proof of enrollment.
  • Access to exams and results is only available for enrolled students.
  • All payments should be made on www.lasu.edu.ng/epayment.

How to Check Matriculation Number:

All admitted full-time undergraduate students in streams 1 and 2 for the 2023/2024 academic year who have completed their LACACA operations (100%) should follow the steps below:

  • Visit the LASU website at https://www.lasu.edu.ng.
  • Select “CHECK MATRIC NUMBER” from the “STUDENT” menu.
  • Enter your JAMB REGISTRATION NUMBER in the provided space.
  • Click on “SUBMIT” to view your matriculation number.

How to Complete the Main/Bio-Data Registration Form:

  • Visit the LASU website at https://www.lasu.edu.ng.
  • Click on the “STUDENT” tab.
  • Select “BIODATA REGISTRATION.”

It is crucial for LASU students to complete the necessary course registration before the deadline to ensure a smooth transition into the new academic year.

Remember, maintaining a positive attitude and meeting deadlines are essential to securing your place at LASU. Don’t forget to share this information with your friends.
