Candidates who participated in the YABATECH screening exercise can now check their admission status on the school’s website. The YABATECH admission list is available for online viewing or can be downloaded in PDF format.

This page provides all the necessary instructions on how to navigate the school portal. We will guide you through the step-by-step procedure to access the YABATECH website and check if your name has been shortlisted in the admission list. Please follow the steps below:

How to Check YABATECH Admission List

  1. Visit the polytechnic admission status checking portal at https://portal.yabatech.edu.ng/portal/home/signinapplicant.
  2. Enter your JAMB registration number and surname in the required fields.
  3. Click on “Sign in to Portal” to access your YABATECH admission status.

How to Check YABATECH Admission List on JAMB CAPS

  1. To access your YABATECH admission status, go to the JAMB portal at https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/.
  2. Log in to your JAMB profile using your username and password.
  3. Scroll down and click on the “Check Admission Status” tab.
  4. Select your exam year and enter your registration number in the appropriate field.
  5. Finally, click on “Check Admission Status” to view your YABATECH admission status.

Please note that the offer of admission is subject to the college administration’s verification that:

  • Your academic credentials meet the program’s advertised requirements without any significant discrepancies in your educational record.
  • You must make full payment of all program fees within the specified registration period for your chosen program.
  • In the event that inaccurate information is discovered, the provisional admission will be revoked, and immediate dismissal from the institution will follow if fraudulent documents were used or if any of the listed requirements were not met.
  • Failure to register within the designated registration period will result in the cancellation of the provisional admission. You must then visit the Admissions Department at the Registry at the appointed time for further information and registration.
  • A link will be provided on the college registration portal for candidates to enter their JAMB Registration number before the matriculation number can be generated.
  • You are required to bring the following documents:
    • Admission letter.
    • Original and photocopies of your credentials.
    • Two (2) reference letters, one from the last institution attended and the other from a Clergy, Imam, Senior Civil Servant, or Lawyer.
